Dr Monu Singh is a versatile orthopedic surgeon with 25 years of clinical experience. A
graduate of orthopedics from L.H.M.C, Delhi University and awardee of Banwari Lal
Memorial Gold Medal for best resident in orthopedics he started his career journey as a
specialist with the Delhi Health Services where he was instrumental in setting up the Joint
Replacement and Arthroscopy unit at Maharishi Balmiki Hospital of Delhi Government.
He subsequently trained at Flinders Medical Center and Repatriation General hospital,
Adelaide, Australia under Prof Jegan Krishnan with extensive exposure in Joint
Replacement surgery with navigation technology & Arthroscopic surgeries of joints. This
was followed up with advanced training in Revision Joint Replacement with Dr Michael
Kelly at Hackensack University Medical Centre, New Jersey, U.S.A. and a visiting
observer ship at Abu Dhabi Knee and Sports Medicine Centre.
Dr Singh is also a fellowship trained surgeon in Endoscopic & Degenerative Spine surgeries from Uniklinik Bonn, Germany and Park Weonwook Hospital, Busan, South Korea. He is the Secretary to World
Endoscopic Spine Society, a past treasures of the same society, past Vice President of Delhi Orthopedic Association and
member of Executive council, and actively involved in teaching and research in the fields of Joint Replacement,
Arthroscopy, and Endoscopic spine surgeries. He has numerous presentations at national and international level to his credit
and with an experience of more than 5000 reconstructive & minimal access surgeries he is an expert at both preserving and
replacing the damaged joints and managing sports injuries
