325 women attend session on ‘Healthy Eating’

An informative session on ‘Healthy Eating’ by Dt Sonia Gandhi, Head - Department of Nutrition and Dietetics was held at Bharat Electronics Ltd, Panchkula, for their women employees. More than 325 female employees attended this session. Speaking on the topic, Dt Sonia said that our bodies change as we age and so do our nutritional needs. Age-related changes affect how our body processes food, which influences our dietary needs and affects our appetite.
