BLS training and awareness on organ donation

As a part of Community Out Reach Program for Students (CORPS), Fortis Escorts Hospital, Jaipur organized an awareness program for students and teachers of Goenka Institute of Education & Research, Sikar. Attended by over 320 people, the session focused on Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques and the importance of Organ Donation. During the BLS training, Ms. Sheeja Sunil explained the crucial role of people in recognizing the medical emergency and in timely giving the BLS to the victim. Mr. Naveen Jindal took a detailed session on Organ Donation and responded to queries on brain death, myths about organ donation, etc.
