‘Importance of Organ Donation’ – talk at Hindustan Petrochemicals

Fortis Mohali organized a session on ‘Importance of Organ Donation’ by Dr Anita Sharma, Head, Lab Medicine, at Hindustan Petrochemicals Limited. More than 31 people attended the lecture. Dr Anita shared the whole process of organ retrieval and transplantation. She discussed the alarming facts regarding the gap between the number of organs donated and the number of people waiting for the transplant.
