Dr. Kulhara graduated from Government Medical College, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh in 1968. He joined as a House Physician in Medicine at Nehru Hospital, PGIMER, Chandigarh. He then did 3 year Residency Training in Psychiatry (1970-1972) in the Department of Psychiatry, PGIMER, Chandigarh. Thereafter,he received Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, London, UK in 1974. He trained in Psychiatry at Guy Hospital, London, UK, and the University Hospital of South Manchester, Manchester, UK. Clinical Interests/ Specialised Treatments /Area of Expertise: Psychiatry.
