Dr Poonam Rastogi has been working as a Senior Consultant in the Department Of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Fortis hospital since its inception. With 30 years of rich experience, she is an alumnus of Jawaharlal Lal Medical College & Hospital, Mumbai, from where she did her MBBS and MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Prior to this, she worked at Apollo hospital and prestigious Mumbai hospitals. She holds a fellowship in Gynae Oncology from MSKCC New York, Fellowship in Fetal Medicine from AIIMS Delhi, & did her Diploma in Laparoscopic & Hysteroscopy surgery from Kiel, Germany. Did her Diploma in Gynae Oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital. She is a National Trainer for Neonatal Resuscitation & Ex vice President of the Ludhiana Obstetrics & Gynae Society. She is National Faculty for GDM in DIPSI. She has many national & international medical publications in various research journals. She has contributed to various research and academic Projects & an excellent Organizer of multiple conferences, awarded with the Prestigious “Times Healthcare Pioneers Award” and "Certificate of appreciation in recognition of” Dedication, outstanding services & exemplary efforts” in Patient care. She was selected as an Indian Ambassador to the U.S.A. as a Group Study Exchange Team member by Rotary International to district 5830 Texas.
