Dr. Ritu Sharma has a vast experience of more than 26 years in the field if anesthesiology. She did her MBBS and MD (Anesthesia) from SMS Medical College, Jaipur. Her expertise is in the field of joint replacement surgeries, painless labor and pain management. She is co-guide for DNB Anesthesia Courses. Before joining this institute she has worked as an Associate Professor in Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, Jaipur. She also has training of Cardiac Anesthesia as Senior Resident from then Escorts Heart Hospital, Delhi. She joined Fortis Hospital more than 20 years back. She has delivered more than 30 lectures, participated in panel discussions and other scientific deliberations in various National and International conferences. She is AHA certified BLS/ACLS instructor and is regularly conducting BLS and ACLS courses. Her areas of interest are Joint Replacement Surgery, Acute Post-Operative Pain Management and Painless Labor. She is a life member of Indian Society of Anesthesiologists.
