She completed her MBBS from Patna Medical College, Patna in 1994, MS (Obs & Gynae), Patna Med College, Patna in 1999 & DM (Medical Genetics) from SGPGI, Lucknow in 2004. She is actively involved the diagnosis and management of various genetic disorders for past 21 years. Her special area of interest is medical genetics related to reproduction and cancer genomics.
