Dr HK Bali felicitated at IGMC, Shimla

Dr HK Bali, Director, Cardiology, was felicitated by Department of Cardiology, IGMC, Shimla, during their golden jubilee celebrations, for his unparalleled contribution in the field of Cardiology. He also delivered a talk, ‘Fibrinolysis versus PCI’, which was attended by more than 100 doctors.
