Fortis Escorts Hospital Jaipur organizes a health awareness talk on “Healthy Lifestyle’ for student of Pharma and Physiotherapy at Gyanvihar University. The session was focused on lifestyle modification to avoid lifestyle generated diseases.
More than 162 students participated in this session and our expert Dr Sunit Mathur,Consultant Public Health and Geriatrics, touched upon the physical, mental and nutritional aspects, benefits of exercise, importance of sound sleep, rest and asked them to avoid use of tobacco & excess alcohol etc.
