Free check-up camp organized for the children with hearing difficulties

A free check-up for the children with hearing difficulties led by Dr Ashok Gupta, Director- ENT  and Head- Neck Cancer Surgery & his team, was organized in the hospital premises.  Free check-up, Cochlear counselling and counselling by speech therapist were the facilities provided  during the camp. Different mediums To  advertise this camp, different mediums like advertisements in Chandigarh Tribune, in Punjab edition of  Punjabi Jagran, Una, Hamirpur and Solan edition of  Amar Ujala, MyFm 94.3, Live life more shows, Flyers in Panchkula & Zirakpur and sms messaging were used. Total 17  calls were received ; out of which 13 patients visited the camp. 2 were positive leads for the cochlear implant.
