Knee replacement improves mobility, quality of life: Dr Ramesh Sen

In a press conference organized in Shimla, Dr Ramesh Sen, Director, Orthopaedics & Joint Replacement, interacted with media persons. He said that the success of primary Total Knee Replacement, in most patients is strongly supported by more than 20 years of follow-up data around the world. Sharing results of data analysis of his patients done by him and his team, he said there appears to be rapid and substantial improvement in the patients’ pain, ability to work and overall quality of life in about 90% of the cases.
