Oakridge students learn about growing up healthily

Fortis Hospital Mohali organized an awareness session on ‘Growing up in a healthy way’ for students of Class V at Oakridge International  School, Mohali. Over 40 students accompanied by 2 teachers attended this session. Dr Swati Gupta, Consultant-Paediatrics, interacted with the students and touched upon the physical, mental and nutritional aspects of adolescent health. She sensitized the students that good hand hygiene is of prime importance in preventing infections.
