The Quality Circle continues to be a vital tool for fostering Total Quality Management practices in an organisation. CII has been organizing Quality Circle Conventions all over the country, with the objective of encouraging the use of this tool amongst members as well as providing members with an opportunity to share knowledge of prevalent Quality Circle practices in other member companies.
The competition provides a unique opportunity to motivate workers to form Quality Circles within the company. It also acts as a forum to exchange ideas and share experiences. Chief Executives, Senior Managers and Supervisors can take this opportunity to get an insight into some of the outstanding examples of Quality Circles, understand how to promote and encourage the Quality Circle movement within their own organization and exchange ideas with the facilitators and trainers of the other participating circles.
