Fortis Hospital, Mulund, launches Fortis Family Clinic at Thane

In its continuous endeavor to provide best-in-class quality healthcare services to residents of Mumbai, Fortis Hospital, Mulund, announced the launch of Fortis Family Clinic at Hariniwas, Thane, today. The clinic was inaugurated by Dr S Narayani, Zonal Director, Fortis Hospital, Mulund, in the presence of key consultants and community members.

Fortis Family Clinic, a healthcare initiative is aimed at offering expert medical advice from Fortis’ specialists to the residents of Thane – Diva. Patients requiring advanced medical intervention will be moved to Fortis Hospital, Mulund, and will be further examined by doctors at the Hospital. Thane’s Fortis Family Clinic will be visited by doctors from specialties across Cardiology, Pediatric Cardiology, Neuro Surgery, Haematology, Urology, Orthopaedics, Oncology, Hepatobiliary & Liver Transplant Surgery, Nephrology and General Surgery.

Dr S Narayani, Zonal Director, Fortis Hospital, Mulund, said, “Fortis Family Clinic is being set up to provide patients direct access to doctors across various specialties. Patients seeking medical aid can now seek medical aid from specialist doctors closer to their homes. In the initial phase, thirteen specialist doctors from Fortis Hospital, Mulund, will visit the Fortis Family Clinic once a week. Scope of services will be expanded to benefit more and more patients”.
