Fortis Mohali celebrates Nanhi Chhaan Day, plants saplings

The women Housekeeping staffers of Fortis Hospital Mohali today celebrated Nanhi Chhaan Day at Fortis Hospital Mohali by planting sapling at the hospital. Saplings were also distributed among the patients and attendants to promote the message of ‘Save the Environment, Save the Girl Child, Save Humanity’. This unique initiative is celebrated in March at all Fortis hospitals in an effort to promote the welfare of the girl child.

Mr Ashish Bhatia, COO-North & East, Fortis Healthcare Ltd, said, “On Nanhi Chhaan Day, when we, at Fortis, dedicate ourselves again to the cause of ‘saving the girl child, saving environment’, it’s apt to have our hardworking and sincere Housekeeping staffers to plant these sapling of hope and bright future.”
