How to keep your heart healthy this winter

- Get enough sleep: Getting enough sleep can help improve heart health. 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night is good for your overall health
- Dress warmly when going outside in cold weather: The body can lose heat quickly when it's cold and wet, which can put extra stress on the heart
